FAQ's

Can I pay a small, or no initial payment?

All of our offers can be changed to little, or no, initial payment. Instead of paying (for example) 6x the monthly payment as your initial payment, you can choose to pay 24/36/48 equal monthly payments. You will pay approximately the same in total over the term, so it's your choice.

Do you supply cars to Northern Ireland?

Yes, we provide a complimentary delivery service to customers in Northern Ireland. Your car will be delivered to Belfast where you can collect it from the port.

Do you lease used cars?

We only supply unregistered, brand-new cars. We feel that you get the most value for money when you’re purchasing the latest, best cars.

What if I go over the contracted mileage or need more miles?

Not a problem, with contract hire the excess mileage charge is very cheap (usually lower than 13p per mile / £130 per 1,000 miles) so it can work out cheaper to take the car on a smaller mileage and then pay the excess fee at the end.

Is Road Tax included?

Yes Road Tax is included for the full term of the contract.

When do I start to pay?

We don't take any payment when you order, so we always advise customers to order before you sell your current car. You start paying upon delivery of the car.

What if I have bad, or no, credit?

Audi and Volkswagen require a good-great credit score, so if your credit history is too bad then you're unlikely to pass. Your credit does improve over time though, so there may be a possibility in the future.

Do you take part exchange?

We don't take part exchange, we usually advise customers to sell privately or use a car buying website. You will usually get the same price from one of these websites as you would from part exchange.
