GWM ORA UK joyfully delivered its 1,000th ORA Funky Cat to a customer in Exeter who opted for the ‘First Edition+’ variant via one of the brand's retail sites.

The customer, with prior ownership of an electric vehicle, was captivated by the ORA Funky Cat's blend of retro-futuristic design, impressive electric range, and top-tier specifications.

These distinctive qualities played a significant role in the recent accolade of a 'Which? Best Buy' in the medium-sized car category.

Overseas market sales have achieved an unprecedented high for GWM, reaching 316,018 units sold and reflecting an 82.48% Year-on-Year growth.

Furthermore, Great Wall Motor (GWM) has recently revealed a strategic update for its automotive subsidiaries in Europe, transitioning from a 'house of brands' to a 'branded house' architecture.

In the UK market, GWM will implement this new brand strategy gradually, initially focusing on introducing a revised naming convention for GWM ORA products.
