Skoda's Popular Scala & Kamiq Get Some Upgrades For 2024

Skoda Auto has unveiled the latest updates to its popular compact duo. With refreshed front and rear aprons and sleeker headlights, the Scala and Kamiq now exude even more athleticism, bolstering their SUV presence.

Inside, a revamped interior showcases Design Selections and sustainable materials, elevating the driving experience. Offering a range of engines from 95 to 150 PS, alongside a suite of safety features and assistance systems, Skoda ensures a comprehensive upgrade to these models.

The Scala boasts enhanced sporting appeal with its updated exterior design, while the Kamiq projects heightened SUV presence, accentuated by features like a silver diffuser with three openings.

Both models showcase redesigned grilles and optional LED Matrix beam headlights, enhancing their visual allure. The optional electric tailgate now includes the virtual pedal, complemented by new Simply Clever details.

Inside, the instrument panel is fully digital, accompanied by convenient features like USB-C ports and wireless charging capabilities. Skoda introduces a new range structure and interior design selections, incorporating recycled fabrics and eco-friendly materials.

The latest 1.0 TSI three-cylinder engines boast improved efficiency, benefiting from hardware and software enhancements. With outputs ranging from 95 PS to 150 PS, Skoda ensures performance without compromising on eco-friendliness.

Additionally, the 1.5 TSI features an optimised ACT+ active cylinder deactivation system, further enhancing fuel efficiency.

Setting new benchmarks in safety, the Scala and Kamiq feature robust bodies and a plethora of standard assistance systems, including Front Assist with Pedestrian Monitor and Lane Assist.

Cruise Control with Speed Limiter and Tyre Pressure Monitoring system (TPM+) come standard across all trims, ensuring peace of mind on the road.
